General Laborer
- Perform physical labor tasks, such as potholing, digging with a shovel, pulling fiber/cable, loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Comfortable around equipment
- Ability to follow simple instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and able to perform work on uneven surfaces
- Ability to clean up job sites and be polite to customers
- Must be willing to travel, about 75% of our work is outside North Platte (we take work trucks, no personal vehicles)
- Haul and back up trailers with equipment on them
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Would prefer mini excavator experience, but willing to train the right person
- We work Monday-Friday, no weekends unless you volunteer to work
- Hours vary, about 40-60 hours a week, usually 10-11 hour days while its warm out, then about 8-9 hours in the colder months
- We offer $40 a nite per diem each nite we stay out of town, hotels are booked and paid for by us.

- $1 Raise reviews at 6 months and 1 year
- Starting pay is $19 an hour (if your raises are approved, you will be at $21 within a year.)
- 10 Vacation/Sick days after 1 full year
- Must have a valid drivers license
